Minotaur

Minotaurs are a humanoid people with characteristics of a bull, including hooves on their feet and horns on their head. They are a simple people with a single general goal: Understanding, mastering, and harnessing all magic has to offer. Being relatively brash and self assured, they can be found all around the world in pursuit of their goals and are willing to sacrifice most anything to obtain a clue or bit of knowledge to bring them one step closer to total magical understanding. Despite this, Wizards don’t make up a majority of their populace and so their pursuit of magic isn’t all they accomplish. Many Minotaurs take up smithing to outfit their explorers, become warriors in their army to go claim land or treasure (for use in testing and the like), take up record-keeping to manage discoveries and make field journals, or simply guard their city, as others envy the knowledge they possess.
